Are all of your products in stock?

We endeavour to keep all our items in stock. Stock levels for each item are listed with the product details and if in the unlikely event of an item showing as out of stock please contact us and we will be able to give you details of when we expect the item to be back in stock.

I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.

What types of payment do you accept?

You have several ways to pay for your orders.

Debit & Credit cards using our secure payment gateway, (we have no access to your card details)

Do your prices include VAT?

Our Products are net of standard rate UK VAT as we are not yet required to register.

What is a FAQ

FAQ is short for Frequently Asked Questions.  If you have a question that you can't find the answer to or are not sure of something, have a look at out frequently asked questions and if your question is not covered just drop us an email or give us a call and we will try to answer any questions that you may have, from stock queries, to exhibition dates and delivery options.

When will my order be delivered?

We Ship all UK parcels by royal mail first class post. Average delivery time is between 1 and 2 days after posting. If an order is for a high value, we will send recorded delivery. For parcels to Europe and the rest of the world we use the Royal Mail Airmail service for a speedier delivery time. Delivery time is dependent on location.
